Looking Back at The 2016 APC Trade Show

We couldn’t be happier with how things went at this year’s APC Trade Show! Need fast, efficient rebar connection solutions? At our booth this year, we displayed two products that get the job done. The KODI KLIP System is an innovative method that utilizes an easy-to-use, safe and quick clipping gun to securely join rebar with sturdy polycarbonate resin clips – no welding, wires or wheel needed. Similarly, the MAX System’s tying tools connect rebar without the heavy-duty labor – and subsequent elevated risk of serious injury – required by traditional tying methods.

T-FORCE™ Portable Air Supply System

Air-powered tools are cost-effective, clean and environmentally friendly, which means choosing them for your business is a wise one for your budget, your staff and your community. The T-FORCE Portable Air Supply System provides failsafe power for those tools, including KODI KLIP guns as well as drills, caulking guns and nailers.

The WORK BOTTLE system provides portable, consistently regulated air pressure, eliminating the need for setup/breakdown time and hose connections to compressors. Is it time for a silo clean-out?

• The MARTIN^® HD Bin Whip Tool allows our trained Technicians to dislodge stubborn materials from outside the vessel, preventing hazardous confined space entry and damage to the vessel’s lining, walls, or bottom. The process continues safely and efficiently until the vessel is fully empty or meets Customer expectations/requirements.
• A hydraulic-driven, remotely-controlled drilling rig, the MARTIN^® Bin Drill Tool opens a flow channel through tough clogs of material. The powerful action of the Bin Drill bores through blockages, clearing a path at depths up to 150′!
• The MARTIN^® Acoustic Cleaner Tool is a compressed-air driven Sonic Horn that produces a range of fundamental frequencies with alternating sound waves to cause dry particulate deposits to resonate and become fluidized, allowing material to flow freely to the discharge.
• The MARTIN^® Chunkbuster Cartridge Tool safely and effectively dislodges blockages using the powerful force of expanding CO² gas. It uses non-explosive generators to cause rapid expansion of CO² gas to fracture chunks and compacted materials to open the discharge and restore flow.
