Did you see us at BOAF?

AIRMATIC just got back from the Building Officials Association of Florida Tradeshow in Clearwater, FL! We hope we saw you there, but if not, here’s what you missed:

Our display featured the Made In America KODI KLIP Rebar Connecting System including the magazine-fed, lightweight, air-operated KLIPPER GUN that shoots our molded, recycled, polycarbonate resin K-KLIPS onto rebar connection points. The display was well-received and garnered the attention and immediate permission-for-use by nearly every Building Official in attendance.

Our representatives were kept busy throughout the duration of the show and we were regularly told that due to the KLIP’s non-structural connection, there was no problem approving its use. We count that as a successful show!

The 2015 event, held in Chicago, Illinois, included award presentations to John Masek, senior vice president of Bearing Services, Inc., and Elizabeth Moon, the director of purchasing for Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation. Keynote speakers included Phil Hansen, Scott Klososky, and Ryan Estis. During the 2015 summit, the PTDA also treated its participants to a for-fun gambling experience at Navy Pier.
